Cadet matches last 2 x 15 minutes, and the entry fee per team is 70 KM. In this category, technique, fighting spirit, tactics, and the team's readiness to compete until the very end are particularly highlighted.

Team registrations for the Youth small football tournament are held daily at the FK "Velež" Nevesinje premises. The registration deadline is July 30, 2026, and the draw will take place on July 31, 2026, at 7:00 PM at the FK "Velež" Nevesinje premises. After the draw, the match schedule, groups, and further course of the competition will be known. The number of teams is not limited, and the competition format depends on the number of registered teams.
